About Me
Originally
from Philadelphia I’ve lived in Gloucester County for 25+
years. My wife, Carol and I have been married for almost 40 years and
have 4 wonderful children and 10 grandchildren. Spending time with
family is
important to me and I enjoy sharing my love of real estate and helping
people
along with my family. Each of my children and several of my son- and
daughter-in laws have been involved in the real estate industry over the
past
20 years. I truly believe in treating my clients and customers like
family and it shows. On those rare occasions when I’m not helping
someone
buy or sell a home I enjoy spending time with my family. Swimming with
my
grandkids or playing a game on the Wii is a challenge with them! I also
enjoy working out at the gym and spending time with my beautiful wife.
We
are also active in our community and church. My life is good and I love
to share this enthusiasm with those I meet and help them reach their
housing
goals.
Real Estate Background
As a former owner of a Century 21 and a Re/Max office I have been
recipient of
many distinguished awards. I am a member of the Re/Max Hall of
Fame. I have also been a member of the NJAR Circle of Excellence
consecutively since 1987. In addition, I have received the
Distinguished
Award recognizing ten consecutive years in the Circle of Excellence. In
2009 I received the Century 21 Ruby Club Award as well. In 2010 I was awarded the Century 21 Centaurion Award for being one of the top 4 agents in the Century 21 South Jersey Brokers Council.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. It
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and
education. CRS® Designees are experienced REALTORS® who complete
advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production
requirements.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
With over 20,000 members, REBAC is the largest association of real
estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation.
Over 11,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the
test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience. When you
choose an ABR to represent you they will be working with your best
interests in mind.

e-PRO Internet Professional (e-PRO)
e-PRO Certification
is a revolutionary new training program, presented entirely online, to
certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professsionals.
Comprehensive and educational, e-Pro is the only certification program
of its kind that is recognized and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF REALTORS®.

Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
In
today’s tough economical times many home buyers and sellers are finding
themselves involved with properties going through a short sale or
foreclosure process. The SFR certification provides Realtors with
specialized training to help sellers and buyers maneuver through the
complexities of short sales and foreclosures. Knowing
how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as
help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not
merely good skills to have in today’s market—they are critical.
With so many changes happening in the real estate industry I believe it
is my
responsibility to stay ahead of the times. I am a strong advocate of
continuing
education and hold several designations in the real estate field. They
include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR).
